MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
I, the undersigned , being a Christian, hereby apply for membership with the LIBERTY BIBLE FELLOWSHIP CHURCH, INC. Ozone Park, New York.
With its rights and privileges, and as such, agree and consent to live a consistent faithful Christian life according to the Word of God in the Holy Bible.
To abide with the Statement of Faith and Practice and the Administrative Policy of this church and to show evidence by the following:
1. To live and lead a consistent Godly Christian life in accordance with the Word of God and to make myself ready for the soon Second Coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. ( Matt. 24:1-51; 1 Cor. 6: 15-20; 2 Cor.6:14-18; 1 John 2: 15-17, Gal. 5:22-24 ; 1Thess. 4: 13-18 and Heb.12: 14;)
2. To attend Liberty Bible Fellowship Church services as regularly as possible and participates in its sacraments of the Lord’s Supper , Baptism, Worship and Praise. ( Acts2:38-41; 1 Cor. 10:16; 1 Cor. 11: 23-29; 1 Cor. 6:12 ; Phil. 4:8.
3. To pay my tithes and offering unto the Lord and to bring such tithes and offering to Store House and local Church at Liberty Bible Fellowship Church. (Mal. 3:10 ; 2 Cor.9: 6-8.
4. To spend time witnessing to the lost, leading them to the Lord and bringing them Into Fellowship in the local Church . (Matt. 28: 19 ; Rom. 1:15-16.
5. To do good to all men, including administering the body and souls of men and women. Visiting the sick and needy, and provide care for them as far as possible. (Matt.22:37-40; Mark 12:29-31 ; James 1:26-27; James 5: 13-16.
6. To always conduct myself as a Christian, and to avoid immodest and evil behavior of every Kind. ( Rom. 6:13-16 ; 1` John 2:15-17; 1 Peter 1: 14-16 ; 1Peter 3:3-4; 1 Thess 5:22)
